Ocean viewing can be enjoyed on all four levels on the front, from a shade garden at ground level to the "Crows Nest" on the fourth level. The ocean is right in front! All seating is substantial "Polywood" and "Beachfront" brands, using recycled plastics.

Rear decks at "Angels Rest" afford excellent space for sunning or just to enjoy a quiet moment in the shade. The view from the rear is of Davis Canal and the associated marsh, beyond W. Dolphin Drive. "Angels Rest" is accessed from both West Beach Drive and West Dolphin Drive.

The "Dolphin Room" is an ocean front bedroom with queen bed and private bath.

Bar table and stools on ocean view deck three are elevated for viewing over the deck rail. This seating is just outside the dining room, expanding the already spacious dining seating inside.

Dining room, beach view. John Thompson furnishings grace the dining room and bar. Two additional bar stools were added after this photo. The table accommodates eight.
Kitchen, beach view. Tons of storage space. Closed-top range, outside vent exhaust for microwave and range, DW, disposal, double sink, and granite counter tops. All kitchen implements. Extra can lights bring more illumination to the bartop.
Living room, ocean/beach view. Crows nest is above this room.
Upper living room offers an excellent panorama of the ocean, immediate access to the kitchen and dining rooms, offers a half bath, and shares the floor with the master bedroom.
Need relief from all that salt, sand and lotion? The outdoor shower (H/C) is tucked behind the landscaping.

The main living area, "Level Three", offers a "reverse floor plan". Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, and Master Bedroom are located on this top floor, affording expansive views from inside as well. Master Bedroom offers a private bath, while a half bath provides additional service on "Level Three". An elevator supplements an internal stairwell for ease of movement from level to level.
The lower living level, "Level Two", contains three bedrooms and a family room. Each bedroom has its own full bath. "Level two" offers a half bath adjacent to the family room and a wet bar. The laundry, including a laundry chute from "Level Three", is situated on this level.
The "Ground Floor" offers locked storage for both the owner and guests, "outdoor" shower, and vehicular drive-through from West Beach to Dolphin, or vice versa. Entry into the house is from a covered stairwell tucked well away from the elements, and by elevator.The final storage construction has been modified to increase the size of the guest storage room. It has also been moved more toward the front of the slab for easier access by visitors.
